Lydia is a 54 foot long 4 berth Cruiser stern narrowboat, perfect for one or two couples. It has a quiet water-cooled diesel engine with simple to use controls. The stern is a cruiser stern, which gives a reasonably large area for the rear deck, allowing for some of the crew to stand next to the skipper whilst cruising.

There is full radiator central heating on the boat. Also a cosy Woodburning stove in the saloon . A 200 gallon water tank supplies the hot and cold running water. There is carpeting on the cabins and saloon.

Saloon with L shaped sofa which converts to a double bed at night, and removable table, in the bow of the boat. Solid fuel stove (fuel included). Radio/CD player; colour TV/DVD player.

Freshly laundered bedding is supplied for each crew member, as per your requirements. Additional bedding is available upon request. Towels are also supplied - one medium sized towel per crew member, and one hand towel per bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 burner gas cooker with grill and oven; refrigerator; sink and drainer; saucepans; cooking utensils; crockery and cutlery appropriate for the number of berths. There is plenty of storage space and work surfaces.

There is a bathroom with a wash hand basin, electrically operated flush toilet and shower and a 240v shaver socket .
